The Bluffwalk Center
The Bluffwalk Center is Lynchburg's newest attraction. Located on the James River in historic downtown Lynchburg, the Bluffwalk defines "southern hospitality." At the heart of the Bluffwalk is the Craddock Terry Hotel with forty-four guest rooms and suites with views of the James River and Blue Ridge Mountains. Treat yourself to fine dining with steaks or fresh seafood at Shoemakers Restaurant, or fire-roasted pizza at Waterstone, while enjoying an ice cold beverage from Jefferson St. Brewing Company, located on-site. Sporting Events and Colleges
In the heart of the ACC and the Big South, we’re surrounded by great sporting events, like football, basketball, and baseball. Some of the outstanding schools in our area are: Virginia Tech, UVA, Liberty University, Lynchburg College, Washington & Lee, VMI, Bridgewater, JMU, Randolph College, Sweet Briar, Radford, and Hollins. We’re about an hour and half away from UNC Chapel Hill, UNC Greensboro, Wake Forest, and Duke.
Don't forget to visit City Stadium and our Lynchburg Hillcats, and their Carolina Leaque rivals, the Salem Avalanche (Salem, VA) while in the area.
